DELIVERY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY


Delivery

Ekprice will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free.For items that require separate shipping charges,we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.

Cancellation

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.*

Return & Exchange

You have the option to return items purchased on Ekprice.com. Exchange is not available for now. Return acceptance will only within 7 days of the receipt of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • We do not accept return requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items

  • All the products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery,

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and

    packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please

    also return the free gift.

  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during

    transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

  • In case of returns, the customer may have to do a self-shipping [depends on seller]. In this case, ekprice will not

    be crediting the return shipping charges.

  • In case a promotion is applied, only the principal amount will be refunded in case of returns.

    An example: Rs.500 – [ Rs 100 discount ], during returns the customer will be credited only Rs.400
